As we always say, at Madglove, we believe that true innovation happens when product is designed not just for people, but with them.
This philosophy is at the core of everything we do. And it’s why we created our ambassador program in the first place. Madglove was created to bring together a community of glove testers, physiotherapists, and individuals who truly understand the importance of accessible tools to assist those with hand disabilities.
Last week, we reached an exciting milestone: our very first Madglove Ambassador Meeting!
It was an incredible moment for our team, a chance to reflect on our journey, share our progress, and most importantly, listen to the voices that shape our product and mission.
For us, the blogs we are writing are more than just a way to share updates.
They serve as a digital diary, capturing the milestones, challenges, and triumphs we experience as a small but passionate startup. It’s not always easy to step back and see how far we’ve come. But moments like these remind us why we do what we do.
And similarly, our first ambassador meeting wasn’t just about discussing product development; it was a celebration of community. We laughed, we played, and we had deep, meaningful conversations about the future of Madglove Assist.
Listening, Learning, and Growing Together
One of the biggest takeaways from this meeting was the realization of just how valuable our ambassadors’ insights are. As a startup, we can only go so far on our own. Our team has limited perspectives, thoughts, and experiences. But when we open the conversation to our community who use our glove, who work with patients, who see how our glove can assist in every single day, we gain insights we could never reach on our own.
During the meeting, we talked about upcoming changes, our launch campaigns, and our upcoming symposium that will mark the official release of Madglove Assist. Our ambassadors shared their thoughts, concerns, and ideas, helping us refine every aspect of our approach. They offered feedback we will actively implement to make our product even better.
The Power of Co-Creation
Madglove was founded on the belief that tools assisting people with hand disabilities should be more inclusive, more accessible, and more effective. But to achieve that, we need collaboration. The ambassador program is about more than just spreading awareness. It’s about co-creating solutions with the people who need them most.
We are thrilled that our first meeting reinforced exactly that. The exchange of ideas gave us fresh perspectives, and their enthusiasm fueled our motivation to push forward. It was a reminder that, together, we are building something truly meaningful. That we are creating a product that is not just designed for rehabilitation but for people’s lives.
Moving Forward-With Our Community at the Center
As we approach the launch of Madglove Assist, the voices of our community are more important than ever. We want to make sure every aspect of our glove meets the real needs of users. And our ambassadors play a crucial role in shaping that vision.
As Erik, one of our ambassadors, perfectly put it: “If it doesn’t go how it is supposed to, IT STILL GOES.” And that’s exactly what this journey is about.
Progress isn’t always linear, and challenges will come. But with a strong community, a shared mission, and an open mind, we will keep moving forward.
This is just the beginning of our ambassador journey, and we can’t wait to see where it takes us. Stay tuned for more updates, and if you haven’t already, subscribe to our newsletter to be part of this exciting movement. Together, we develop, we grow, and we create a world where disability is just another aspect of diversity.
Thank you to our ambassadors for sharing their time, thoughts, and passion with us. The best is yet to come!
